|

files are very large and
the email may be too big to be delivered, in which case you will get a
delivery failure notice.
When you attach the picture, it will often
display the file size. Keep the file size under 2 MB. Smaller
is better. |
|

request that the HLS agent take one picture of the property from the street. |
| |
|
Step 6 - Review your listing in MLS |
|
Your HLS agent will enter the information into MLS and give you a "For
Sale" sign to place in the yard (or window) of the property for sale.
Once the listing is entered in MLS, go online and verify
that the information in MLS is accurate. |
| |
|
Step 7
OPTIONAL - Ask about a Home Warranty Policy |
|
When a seller receives a purchase contract, It is common to
see that the buyer has requested a home warranty policy to be paid by the
seller. It is common for sellers to eventually purchase these
policies for the new homeowner. These policies are to
protect the buyers from unforeseen events associated with their newly
purchased home. As a marketing tool, you may wish to offer a
home warranty policy as part of your marketing strategy. Your listing in
MLS could then say "Home Warranty Policy provided by seller"
These policies cost either $389 or $395, but are not paid for until
closing. Your house is covered for the time it is listed for no cost
to you until the property sells. It is a helpful marketing tool
because buyers like knowing the house they are buying is insured.
Ask your agent for details. There is no charge to get
started. You can be covered with one easy call.
