Contract Extension Fees |

Listing periods are stated in the listing agreement for any
amount of time up to 6 months. If you wish to extend your listing
for another 6 months, you may do so once for a fee as stated in your
listing agreement. |

Seller may wish to purchase other marketing materials
(available at large hardware stores) or they may wish to advertise their
property for sale in other ways. |
