NBC recently began airing a new reality TV show called "Three Wishes" starring five-time Grammy-winning artist Amy Grant who leads a team of experts to small towns to help make the hopes and unbelievable dreams come true for deserving people. |

| NBC discovered a deserving family just to the north of Cincinnati in Fairfield, Ohio. | ||
| You may recall the news story about a fallen U.S. Army soldier, Pfc.Timothy Hines Jr. who was killed in Iraq last July. He was buried with full military honors, leaving behind a pregnant widow who was expecting to give birth in two weeks and a 2-year-old daughter. After the funeral, the widow's mother and father lined the yard of their Fairfield home with 20 American flags given to them by friends. Less than 24 hours after the funeral, the flags were piled and burned by vandals right in front of their home. | ||
| NBC offered to help Private Hines' widow find a home for her new baby and 2-year old daughter. An unidentified NBC staff member came to the area looking for a "home". After going through quite a few homes, it was reported that only a few were chosen as possible candidates for the dream home wish. Only then was it revealed who the search was for. The final choice was to be made by Private Hines' widow. | ||
| Mrs. Hines decided on this charming 4 bedroom dream home located in
Liberty Township,
north of Cincinnati. The sellers were surprised to see the NBC crew show up
offering to buy their house. When the show airs, the family of a
true fallen hero will have their wish granted on national television.
