Your agent will:
1.Provide expert advice to help you sell your home
2.Help you price your listing with a comparative market analysis
3.Set up showing appointments
4.Post Open Houses to MLS that you may wish to hold to attract buyers without agents
5.Negotiate contracts and explain exactly what you need to do to get to the closing table.
► No charge to change your listing
► Nine pictures, which you provide
► A professional "For Sale" yard sign with our phone number and your phone number. We will take calls and answer questions about the property, set up showings and refer all buyers to you, the seller
► You retain the right to sell "By Owner" and we assist your buyer in writing contracts. No extra charge.
► 2 optional services are offered for your convenience:
1. You may lease a lockbox for $20. Return it to our office for a $10 refund.
A lockbox allows agents to get into a home without the owner needing to let them in.
2. We prefer payment by check but you may pay by credit card for $10.
► We charge NO COMMISSION / NO OTHER FEES for our service.
If the buyer has an agent, a commission will be due to the agent.
► Your property may be listed for sale or for lease/rent or both.
