5. Lead Based Paint Disclosure ONLY for single family homes or 2-4 unit apartment buildings built before 1978. 

6. Property Questionnaire UAD: " Uniform Appraisal Dataset"  Effective September 1, 2011, appraisers are required to collect information on any improvements made to residential property and the completion date of each. They must provide adequate explanations regarding methodology, anomalies, property deficiencies and other conditions that may have an impact upon the value of a property and its marketability. Realtors are being asked to collect this information at the time of listing. Read more
